The family member identified as Ezekiel Aguyire called on Ghanaians to assist them financially during an interview on Joy FM. According to him, Kwadee is currently in Mirigu, located in the Upper East Region.
Ezekiel said; ““He is not feeling well. But now he is a little better. We need the help of Ghanaians for our brother now. He is not supposed to be here but because for the sickness [he had to leave Kumasi].”
He further mentioned that, the family have done everything possible to treat Kwadee, but money has always been the obstacle. The hiplife artist is reported to be suffering from some kind of mental illness.
Kwadee has received media attention about his condition in the past. But his recent resurface is as a result of a video in which the musician is seen performing at a party organized in the locality.
Most people who knew Kwadee in his good days, called on benevolent individuals to offer some help to the musician who is critically in need of help. Ezekiel also said, he wouldn’t have allowed him to perform at the event where the video was recorded if he was around.
“A week ago, he went to do a show, they videoed him and took it to social media. That day I was not around but I came back and heard everything. I did not feel fine about it,” he added.
