“Take your first SALARY to your father for his blessings NOT TO YOUR PASTOR.” – Kanayo O Kanayo

Kanayo O Kanayo has in a recent video said, only a father can bless his children, and not men of God.

The filmmaker cum actor demonstrated in a video how their culture is done. According to him, after earning your first salary, you should seek blessings from your father and not your pastor.

Recently, Kanayo O Kanayo welcomed his son Clinton into his business as the Assistant Production Manager and his Personal Assistant. Clinton has finally earned his first salary and his father is showing him how to be blessed the cultural way.

In the video, Kanayo O Kanayo asked his son to give him a portion of his salary, and asked him to go on his knees to receive fatherly blessings. With the money in his hand, Kanayo O Kanayo pronounced words of blessings on his son.

“I set you forth… you will always receive your salary in due course. And whatever you do from this moment shall prosper. I bless you in the name of our forefathers, who established the culture of fatherly blessings.”

He continued; “I am your eye… and your everything, after God in your life, it is me, not your pastor. Any money you make, you bring it to me, I bless you. I bless you from today with all my friends gathered here…”

Kanayo O Kanayo asked Christians to wake up with the caption on his video; “And to that Pastor who said it belongs to him in a video in January, did you ever consider, the feeding/ transportation to and fro the office for that month? Where is this in the Bible? CHRISTIANS WAKE UP. This is not Christianity.”
