According to the Reverend, Shatta Wale, John Mahama and himself, were traveling to London on the same plane. He noted that, the Dancehall artist asked him to lead him to the former President for him (Shatta Wale) to apologize for somethings he has said in the past.
Dr. Lawrence Tetteh also added that, the humility demonstrated by Shatta Wale nearly brought tears to his eyes. And that he expects Ghanaians to emulate such humility and frankness.
“Shatta Wale came to me and said, … you have to help me. I threw certain words to former President John Mahama and I feel very guilty to go to him… I held his hands and went to President Mahama with him… Shatta Wale went on his knees and started crying,” he said.
The founding President of the Worldwide Miracle Outreach made these revelations during an interview on the “Breakfast Show” on GTV.
