Paramount Pictures have released the first trailer of the late Bob Marley’s biopic titled ‘Bob Marley: One Love’. British actor Kingsley Ben-Adir will play Bob Marley and ‘The Woman King’ star Lashana Lynch will play his wife Rita Marley.
The movie will allow fans to discover Bob Marley’s story of overcoming adversity, the journey and success behind his revolutionary music. The biopic commemorates an icon’s life and music, which inspired generations with his message of love and unity.
‘Bob Marley: One Love’ is produced by the family of Bob Marley and Paramount Pictures. The eldest son of Bob Marley wrote this on his Instagram handle.

Filmed in England and Jamaica the cast and crew represents one of the most unique creation to ever come out of a hollywood studio.
Authenticity fills the screen with numerous Jamaican actors doing us proud in representing the culture. Filmed at the actual places where Bob walked , played football and sang like Trench Town and Bull bay in Kingston, it is an artistic creation that we are proud of and want you to enjoy to be entertained but also to be inspired. The family produced it with Paramount studio and for us it represents the continuation of Bob’s message and growth.

Reinaldo Marcus Green, who made his directorial debut with King Richard, directed the film. The script for the Marley film was written by Zach Baylin, who also authored the screenplay for King Richard.
