Arnold Schwarzenegger Appointed as ‘Chief Action Officer’ by Netflix.

When we talk about action film actors, there is one name that stands out, Arnold Schwarzenegger. The ‘Terminator’ franchise star is synonymous to action if you ask me. Arnold doesn’t just give you action scenes, he makes it bigger. There is therefore, good news for action film lovers. Because Arnold just landed a job that gives him the opportunity to make the actions more explosive.

Netflix has appointed Arnold Schwarzenegger as their ‘Chief Action Officer, who is starring in a couple of shows to be aired soon. Arnold’s appointment came with a promo video that sees him driving a tank over a car as he arrives for work at his new role.

This promo, if not for nothing teases the kind of action we should expect in the upcoming Netflix shows such as the action comedy ‘Fubar’ which airs on 25 May, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as a CIA agent, who discovers that someone in his family is also in the intelligence community. And there is also ‘Arnold’, a three-part documentary about Arnold’s life, career, successes and failures, due on 7 June.

The promo video also highlighted some of the other action films to come such as Extraction 2 (June 16), The Witcher Season 3 (Vol. 1 out June 29 and Vol. 2, July 27), They Cloned Tyrone (July 21), Gal Gadot‘s Heart of Stone (August 11), and Zack Snyder‘s Rebel Moon, out on December 22.
