East Akim Rural Bank is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following position: Microfinance Field Officers
Key Responsibilities
- Manage microfinance operations, assess loan applications and provide financial advisory services to clients
- Exceptional customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Qualification Required & Experience
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or any other related field
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in the same or similar role in the banking sector
Competencies and Skills
- Must be computer literate, with proficiency in T24 banking software, Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Very analytical and paying attention to details
- Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism and adheres to ethical standards
