The ‘A Country Called Ghana’ producer mentioned that he was directed by John Mahama to give the 200 tickets out to people who cannot afford but want to be at the premiere.
In a video sighted by TMT on twitter, Kwadwo Nkansah appreciates the kindness demonstrated by John Mahama, and called on others to emulate such kindness.
According to Kwadwo Nkansah, he received a midnight phone call from the flagbearer of the NDC asking about his upcoming movie. After everything was explained to him, John Mahama supported his movie with 200 tickets.
Kwadwo Nkansah also, mentioned that, John Mahama also facilitated the purchase of a school bus for his school. Nkansah thanked John Mahama for his kindness and asked for blessings for his entire family.
The film “A Country Called Ghana” will be premiered in Accra on May 17, 2024, at the National Theater.
