‘Black Harvest’ trailer: Director James Amuta tells the story of the booming organ harvesting business.

Nigerian film producer and director James Amuta is set to release a movie targeting the booming organ harvesting business in Nigerian.

The filmmaker has released the trailer for his upcoming movie ‘Black Harvest. The trailer teases what is to come in the full movie. From the trailer, humans are kidnapped and ransoms are demanded from their families.

The trailer also touched on how the organ harvesting business is booming. People are kidnapped and their organs harvested and sold to the elite who can afford them. This kind of business though present is normally overlooked in the society. James Amuta’s upcoming movie will draw attention to this hidden business.

A group of goons-for-hire guarding a few hostages held in a kidnap-for-ransom situation, soon discover that their employer’s business isn’t exactly what was advertised, as they find themselves in the same predicament as their victims. Black Harvest takes you into the world of illegal organ trafficking and transplant tourism, as it exposes some ugly tricks of the trade…

James Amuta shared this on his instagram handle.

A date is yet to be set for the release of the movie. But if the trailer is something to go by, this movie promises to be thrilling and full of drama and action. Top Nollywood actors such as Kelechi Udegbe,  Gregory Ojefua, Lavinna Verma, and Tope Olowoniyan are featured in the movie.
